Colonial Candle USA turned to me to create a concept design for a brand-new range of luxury fragranced candles.  The range centred around ‘on trend’ fragrances and so needed to be presented in a way that not only attracted their core demographic but would ensure the item was ‘giftable’.

This pre-production design put the primary fragrance front and centre, the Lily.  The Tuberose flower is indeed attractive in it’s own right however as Lily is much more recognisable it became the cornerstone of the design.

The design intends to evoke a sense of conservatory life a tranquil environment at one with nature, this is reflected in the way the Lily overlaps the product when used on the acetate box, the green and yellow accents used on the box draw out the secondary colours in the flower itself.
