The following terms and conditions strictly apply and can be amended at any time without notice.

Websites

• A www.wncreative.co.uk domain name comes as standard with all websites if required.  All other domain name extensions are available, a surcharge for some higher level domains will be applied.
• You own the domain name only and can to move your domain away from WN6 Creative Design should you wish.
• Should you ever wish to move away, an administration charge payable in advance will be incurred for each domain moved (excluding files and content) no refunds what so ever are made for work or hosting charges.
• Domains that have not been moved and hosting lapsed will be marked as available once the domain name registration has expired.
• Hosting fees are strictly payable for email services, space on webservers and technical support relating to the provision of these services only.  Hosting fees only cover technical support relating to hosting service loss and exclude any software configuration issues or loss of service caused by software issues.
• All content and file integrity are the responsibility of the website owner at all times.  It is wise to ensure provision is made for back ups as sites without backups will be lost.  WN6 Creative does not back up websites unless contracted to do so.
• WN6 Creative endeavour to provide 99.9% up time of hosted websites.
• WN6 Creative are not liable for any costs for moving hosts or websites, data integrity, or any associated loss, data, business or otherwise in moving the website.
• WN6 Creative accept no liability for any losses what so ever, all works are carried out in good faith.  This relates to errors in content, downtime, website content, data, copyright breaches, any business losses or systems.
• We reserve the right to decline admin or editor access to any customers.  All requests for editor and admin access are made on a case by case basis.
• Access rights to content management systems and or hosting control panels can be denied at any time and clients asked to move services without refund.
• All software and websites are supplied fully operational at the time of approval.  Any changes, updates and or errors in the software used are the responsibility of the website owner.  It is wise to provide adequate provision for maintenance and technical services.
• Software updates and maintenance are carried out professionally and in good faith.  Any technical errors caused by software failing or changing may result in technical difficulties and or loss of service.  Repair of these services falls outside the scope of any maintenance agreement unless otherwise stated and would incur additional costs.

General Terms

• IPR (intellectual property rights) on all artwork remains the property of WN6 Creative at all times.  Unless stated otherwise in writing.
• The license to use and re-use WN6 Creative originated artwork can be revoked at any time.
• All contracts agreed verbally or written are binding.
• All artwork produced is provided as is and in good faith for the use intended.  Any omissions, errors or technical failures when used in other applications are not the responsibility of WN6 Creative.

Payment

• An upfront deposit may be requested prior to work commencing
• Payment terms are strictly 10 working days from invoice. Failure to settle invoices within the agreed time frame may lead to, a 10% surcharge being added, any additional costs that arise due to debt recovery and additionally costs for re-establishing any suspended services.

The above terms and conditions can be amended and updated at any time and are always available here to new and existing clients.
