Sometimes clients work with multiple agencies, one for the branding, one for the advertising and one for the website.  This multi agency approach can throw up some challenges.

This website concept design was worked up using a pre-existing set of colours and branding, which I have to say are quite different.

All the same the property website features many facets of design and layout including some features directed at good user experience.
